Equine-assisted learning activities help children develop valuable life skills while having fun & making friends! This camp runs Monday, May 29th - Friday, June 2nd Drop-off starts at 10 AM, Pick-up by 6 PM *early drop-off & late pick-up options available Activities Include: Daily horse care: feeding, watering, cleaning, grooming Horse training & lessons: cooperative care & life skills, confidence building, basic handling, riding foundations, basic riding Educational activities, games, & projects: constructing enrichment activities for horses, playing horse-themed games, horse-themed arts & crafts, and more! SKE focuses on Gentle Horsemanship Methods. We use positive reinforcement training, meaning we emphasize reward-based learning and autonomy, choice, & consent, creating a willing equine partner.
