Training and equine care advice for clients anywhere in the world. Steph offers a variety of virtual consult setups - any combination of video review, phone/zoom consults, demo videos from SKE, and/or live zoom lessons. The majority of Steph's clients do a combination of phone & video reviews - the client sends video(s) for Steph to review & discuss during a phone consult. Steph can give insight, feedback, & future exercises/ideas. From there, the client applies that in their training, then gets new video(s), and the process repeats. IMPORTANT SCHEDULING INFORMATION: Consults bookings show as being 30 minutes, this is the minimum booked spot & most clients spend additional time during the consult. Clients typically start out with 60-120 minute consults, then settle into a rhythm with approx. 45-90 minute consults. IMPORTANT PRICING INFORMATION: Pricing for phone consults is $25 for the first 30 min, +$10 for every 15 min after. Each phone consult includes up to 15 min of video review (pics, text, etc. also welcome). Anything more than 15 min of review is welcome, too, and is grouped into the total time for the phone consult charge. New client intakes require a 60-minute ($45) deposit and typically run 60-90 minutes. Any additional amount will be invoiced after the consult. Existing clients can book consults with a 30-minute ($25) deposit & any additional amount will be invoiced after each consult.
